Author Biography

Francesca Barbera, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

I am a fourth-year student of English Literature and Linguistics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. My research interests lie mainly within Early-Modern, 18th, and 19th century literature, although I also have a special fondness for Classical and Medieval Studies. I am also very interested in cultural history, folkloristics, and anthropology in general. I am an opera-lover and enjoy learning languages, watching movies, and cooking.I am currently working as a TA for the course “Literatura Universal,” and I hope that one day I will find a career path that will allow me to combine all my interests and passions.
