Author Biography

Octavio García Soto, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile

Octavio García Soto has published short stories in his native country, Panama, in outlets such as the Soho magazine and the Panamá América newspaper and recently published a column in the Chilean El Desconcierto. Octavio works as a video editor in Upsocl and writes on parallel and recently completed a B.A. in Filmmaking Studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
