Authors retain both the moral and property rights of their works. By submitting their manuscript, they grant the journal Anales de Literatura Chilena a non-exclusive license for its first publication. This allows authors to establish additional contractual agreements for the dissemination of their articles, reviews or other texts that have been originally published in the journal, as well as modified versions (including changes in the title), provided that it is clarified that the first publication took place in our journal of literary criticism and theory.

The content published in Anales de Literatura Chilena is protected under an international Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 license.
Clauses
· Since Anales de Literatura Chilena is an open access journal, readers have the possibility to reproduce all or part of the content, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and the journal.
· Anales de Literatura Chilena undertakes not to use the texts it receives or publishes for commercial purposes.
