Anales de Literatura Chilena is a publication of the Center for the Study of Chilean Literature of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (CELICH), whose main objectives are the study, research, dissemination and conservation of the heritage of Chilean literature. In accordance with these purposes, its pages include articles, notes, documents and reviews on all literary genres, traditional and modern: poetry, narrative, drama, essay, memoirs, etc. The magazine appears biannually in the months of June and December.
It is aimed at academics, professors, writers and a reading public concerned with the issues inherent to critical work.
Anales de Literatura Chilena seeks to stimulate critical thinking in a dimension that also allows for establishing and maintaining a productive dialogue with the studies of other Hispanic American countries and Hispanic literature in general.
